A bush chain comprising: bush chain units coupled together in an endless condition and each comprising: a first inner plate including a pair of 1st bush holes; a second inner plate including a set of second bush holes; a bush having a first end another end opposite to the initially end and offered between the 1st inner plate and the next inner plate so that the 1st end and the next end will be inserted through one of the initial bush holes and among the second bush holes, respectively, the bush which include a pin hole extending from the initial end to the next end; abrasive particles embedded within an inner peripheral deal with of the pin hole; an initial outer plate disposed on an opposite part of the bush with regards to the first inner plate; a second outer plate disposed on an opposite aspect of the bush with respect to the second inner plate; and a coupling pin connected to the 1st outer plate and the next outer plate and rotatably inserted through the pin hole of the bush.
The design of a bush chain is comparable to that of a roller chain – but the bush chain does not have any rollers.
